02Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution. Completed service is non-refundable.
03Waiting Time
Included waiting time and any additional waiting charge are stated in the reservation confirmation. Contact the 24/7 team promptly if plans change.
04No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. A cleaning fee may be assessed when this policy is violated.
05Damage & Cleaning
The booking party is responsible for unusual cleaning, repair, or remediation costs resulting from passenger actions beyond normal use.
06Payment
Approved deposits, balances, full fares, and optional gratuity are processed through Stripe Checkout. Card numbers, CVV, and expiration dates are not stored by this website. Additional time, stops, tolls, parking, and approved incidentals may be charged after service when disclosed in the confirmation.
07Privacy
Contact and trip information is collected only to quote, coordinate, and provide service. It is not sold. Information may be shared with assigned operators and Stripe only as needed to fulfill and securely process a trip.
08Passenger Safety
Seat belts must be used where required. Passengers must follow chauffeur instructions, and service may be refused when conduct threatens safety, the vehicle, or others.
